Larry Kaplan, CEO
Larry Kaplan has been a leader in the telemarketing industry for more than a quarter of a century. He began his teleservices career in 1975 with Dial America Marketing, the largest telemarketing company in the United States. There he pioneered what are now known as outbound business-to-business campaigns.

In 1980 Larry established Tele America, which quickly earned a reputation for delivering high-quality teleservices. Tele America’s results attracted high-profile corporate clients and in 1985 and 1986, the firm was named to Inc. 500 list of the nation’s fastest growing private firms.

In 1989 Larry sold Tele America to an integrated marketing firm, which asked him to continue to oversee day-to-day operations. In 1991 he bought back the company he built and renamed it Tele Business USA. His goal: To focus exclusively on business-to-business telemarketing.

Today, Tele Business USA is a proactive teleservices agency that takes a hands-on approach to every client—and Larry consistently adds his creativity and expertise to each and every program. His contributions and commitment to the telemarketing industry were recognized in 1996 when Telemarketing & Call Center Magazine presented him with its first ever Lifetime Achievement Award.
