Information technology
Our information technology (IT) department’s goal is to make the experience of working with Tele Business USA seamless. Our IT staff has experience working with a wide variety of databases, platforms and software. They work directly with our clients to facilitate information transfers, customize system programming and transmit all campaign information in an easy-to-use format.

In addition to their many years of experience in the information technology industry, each of our IT managers has experience working in a call center environment. In fact, they all started at Tele Business USA as Corporate Communication Representatives. Thus, they truly understand teleservices and the challenges both our clients and our Corporate Communication Representatives face.
