USA uses a custom process to create 10-step programs that deliver
measurable value to our clients. Here’s a detailed look at
how we develop and manage our programs:
Step 1. Fact-finding and consulting
It is crucial that we obtain a detailed understanding of the target
market and the product or service we will
be selling.
We also work with our clients to develop clear-cut objectives
for the project in terms of number
of sales,
number of leads/appointments generated and return on investment.
Step 2.
Program development
We develop a customized presentation guide (or script) that gives
our Corporate Communication Representatives the ability to make a
consultative presentation to the target market. We also perform
a database analysis
to determine
the best
possible
market segment to penetrate, maximizing our success rate.
Step 3. Data
storage
We design a customized data structure that will capture the information
our clients need, in formats that they can use.
Step 4. Reports and data export design
We customize every
report and data export. We work with each client to determine
which variables to track and the preferred format of the report and
exports.
Step 5. Corporate Communication Rep.
selection
We have
a large pool of professional CCRs. Based upon the objectives
and requirements of the program, we will select the agents who
have the skills necessary to successfully market your product
or service.
Step 6. Agent training
The Corporate Communication Representatives chosen for your program
will undergo as much as five days of specific training to prepare
them for
your program.
This training is a collaborative effort between Tele Business
USA and our clients. Specifically, we cover such information
as:
• History of your company
• Your position in the market
• Typical client profiles
• Features and benefits of your product or service
• Program goals
Step 7. Implementation
We then field-test the program by making a limited number
of teleservices calls to actual targets. After any necessary
fine-tuning,
the
phone calls begin.
Step 8. Program analysis
All data and results generated by the program are analyzed
on an ongoing basis to ensure that we deliver the results
you expect.
Analyzing
the
program while it is active allows us to provide our clients
with qualitative and quantitative feedback as well as
suggestions for improvement.
We also ask our clients to audio monitor live calls to
provide their feedback.
Step 9. Delivery
We offer a variety of data formats—Excel, Access, dBase and comma delimited
ASCII
among others. We can deliver the data in a variety of ways, including
email, FTP and diskette.
Step 10. Post analysis
When your program has run its course, we do a complete
post-campaign analysis to evaluate the program, the
data generated and
the results delivered.
